Dr. Ronald M. Yoshida was a member of the Department of Philosophy at the University of Lethbridge from 1968 until 2002. During his 30 plus years with the UofL, Dr. Yoshida was passionate about teaching and mentoring students (he received the Distinguished Teaching Award); the Philosophy of Science, 20th century analytic philosophy and logic; and promoting multidisciplinary learning and critical thinking through liberal education. In addition to his family and friends, Dr. Yoshida loved swimming at the UofL pool, drumming, jazz, the Seattle Seahawks and good food.
