New High School applicants who are residents from the Town of Claresholm, AB or the Claresholm district and who graduated from Willow Creek Composite High School. Selected based on academic achievement.

Payable upon confirmation of full-time enrolment in classes at the UofL in the Fall and Spring semesters immediately following the granting of the award.
